A little about me

My journey into this work began with a deep curiosity for physical healing. First introduced through alternative practices and plant medicine, and later shaped through years of study in holistic modalities.

Like many, I reached a point where I felt disconnected. I was moving through life with a quiet sense of dis-ease, ignoring what my body was asking for.

That search led me to the BodyTalk System a powerful, integrative approach guided by the body’s own innate wisdom.

Through this work, I experienced a profound shift. Gently returning to a place of ease, clarity, and connection within myself.

Because the truth is…. we store our stories in our bodies.

The Woven Body is the practice of gently unraveling those stories, layer by layer guiding you back to balance, alignment, and a deeper connection with yourself.

My work is to support you in listening to your body, releasing what no longer serves, and returning to your most grounded, aligned, and fully expressed self.

    Each session begins with a full-body assessment and intuitive energy reading, allowing me to gently explore what your body may be holding and what is ready to shift.

    Drawing on intuitive gifts and an energetic healing approach, I work with focused awareness and gentle hands-on techniques to support the body’s natural communication system, encourage energetic flow, and invite the bodymind back toward balance.

    You remain fully clothed and comfortably relaxed throughout the session. The experience is often deeply restful and meditative, helping to soften built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and create a renewed sense of well-being.

    Each session meets you exactly where you are — gently listening to what your body is ready to release, restore, and realign.

  • Most clients feel lighter, more grounded, more energy and at ease. Some experience increased clarity or emotional release. Each session is unique, and your body will integrate the shifts in its own natural timing. You can continue on with your day without interference.
