Sent with the turning of the season

Shipping is included

Every ritual box is sent with shipping included in the price. There is nothing further to pay at checkout, and no separate postage charge will appear on your invoice or receipt. We ship within Canada and to the United States.

When your box arrives

Ritual boxes are seasonal, and they are sent to reach you as the season turns. Each box ships 7 to 10 days before the season begins — before the solstice in summer and winter, and before the equinox in spring and autumn.

This means a box ordered well ahead of its season waits for that date rather than shipping immediately. That is deliberate: the ritual is meant to begin with the season, not before it.

If you order after a season has already begun, your box is sent within a few days.

All sales are final

Because each box is curated and prepared in a limited seasonal run, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please choose with care, and write to us before ordering if you have any questions at all — we would far rather answer them first.

If something arrives damaged

If your box arrives damaged, or an item inside is broken or missing, write to hello@thewovenbody.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph, and we will put it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.

Sessions and gift cards

Sessions are booked rather than shipped, and your invoice is due on the day of your appointment. If you need to move an appointment, please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. Gift cards are not refundable and do not expire.
